Refund and Returns Policy
At TANN IN, we want every return or exchange to be clear, fair and properly verified.
1. Return eligibility
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged and returned with its original tags, packaging, accessories and invoice. Products showing wear, alteration, misuse, tampering, stains or missing components may be declined after inspection.
2. Free returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges of eligible products are free. No return-handling charge is deducted from your refund, and TANN IN arranges the return pickup where service is available.
3. Return request and verification
To initiate a return, contact TANN IN customer support with the order number, registered mobile number or email address, return reason and clear photographs of the product. Pickup will be arranged where service is available.
After the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect its condition, tags, packaging, accessories and invoice before approving the return or exchange.
4. Refund timeline
After the returned product is received and successfully verified, the approved refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
5. Prepaid-order refunds
Refunds for eligible prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase, including card or UPI, after return approval.
6. Cash on Delivery refunds
For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must provide a valid UPI ID belonging to them. The UPI details will be verified before the approved refund is transferred. TANN IN will never request a UPI PIN, OTP or card password for a refund.
7. Exchange availability
Exchanges are subject to product and colour availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered after verification.
